Leadership

ATCOS Consulting was founded by Ryan Rogers, who has spent 20+ years building and running technology for organizations from enterprise environments to owner-operated businesses — as IT Director, infrastructure architect, and hands-on engineer. Today ATCOS manages Microsoft 365 tenants, multi-site networks, server infrastructure, and compliance programs for businesses across multiple countries. Ryan designs and directs every engagement; delivery scales through a vetted senior team.

• Microsoft 365 & Entra: tenant migrations, hybrid identity, Exchange Online automation, security baselines, license optimization — administered daily.
• Networks & infrastructure: FortiGate and UniFi multi-site architectures, site-to-site VPN, VMware and Windows Server estates, enterprise backup (Veeam).
• AI in production: ATCOS designs and operates real AI systems — agentic automation pipelines, document and workflow automation, and private, self-hosted LLM infrastructure for data that can't leave the building. • Professional practices: active engagements with law firms (cloud practice-management migrations on Clio + Microsoft 365) and multi-site SMB operations.

1. Remote-first, worldwide. Meetings on Teams or Zoom; infrastructure managed remotely with better response times than a truck roll; on-site hands arranged when physical work requires it.
2. Director-designed, senior-delivered. Engagements are architected at the IT-Director level and executed by experienced engineers — no tier-1 queue learning on your network.
3. Plain English. Owners get decisions and tradeoffs, not acronyms.
